Tijd voor een weer wat jonger model. Dit moet de 1989 Ferrari F40LM #60 IMSA versie worden, zoals bestuurd door Jean Alesi op Laguna Seca. Ik heb hiervoor een donor kit van Tamiya (kit nr. 24077) en een conversie kit van Studio27 (kit nr. ST27-TK01). Daarnaast heb ik decals van Museum Collection en raam masking van ZoomOn. Eerst de inhoud van de Studio27 transkit.
Time for something younger again. This will be the 1989 Ferrari F40LM #60 IMSA version, as driven by Jean Alesi at Laguna Seca. I have for this a donor kit from Tamiya (kit no. 24077) and a conversion kit from Studio27 (kit no. ST27-TK01). I also bought decals from Museum Collection and windows masking from ZoomOn. De veranderingen aan de voorkap zijn duidelijk.
The changes to the front hood are obvious.
Volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing moet er aardig wat plastic worden verwijderd van het middendeel, de vloer en de vleugel.
